V. Lynn Foster Johnson

Lynn is an Assistant Professor of Medical Education in The Dartmouth Institute and a faculty fellow within the Center for Program Design and Evaluation. She has over 30 years of experience conducting research and evaluations for a wide range of diverse programs.  er expertise in educational research, statistics, and program evaluation leads to effective evaluations that incorporate best practices of mixed-methods evaluation methodology. She has worked as an evaluator both on P-12 classroom projects and on projects at the post-secondary level. Evaluation projects relevant to the SEPA proposal include determining instructional factors related to academic success for middle- and high-school students, demonstrating the effect of curriculum integration on perceptions of improved knowledge for medical students, and identifying predictors for "switching" majors for students in STEM majors.
